How we ship
Pottersky is a dropshipping store. We work with suppliers who ship your order directly to you from their warehouses, mostly overseas. This keeps our prices low, but delivery takes longer than from a local shop.

Delivery times
Processing: 1 to 5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery: usually 10 to 25 business days after it ships.
Sometimes longer: during busy periods (November, December, holidays) or customs checks, delivery can take up to 40 days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Gifts and Christmas
If you are ordering a gift, order early. For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by November 15. We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all US orders. Shipping costs for other countries are shown at checkout. Orders outside the US may be charged import taxes, duties or customs fees on arrival. These are paid by the customer.

Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 7 days to show updates. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping moves your order to the front of the processing line. It does not change the carrier's delivery time, and it does not guarantee a delivery date.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows them as delivered. In that case, please contact the carrier.

Your address
Please check your address before you pay. We ship only to the address entered at checkout, and it cannot be changed after 24 hours. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, you pay for reshipping.

Delays outside our control
Customs, weather, carrier problems and holidays can delay packages. We are not responsible for these delays, but we will always help you track your order.
