By using pottersky.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 

1. Who we are
Pottersky is an independent online store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film, book, studio or franchise. Our products are our own designs and are not official merchandise.

2. Orders
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed wrong, the item is unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Payment is taken when you order, through our secure payment provider. Orders may be checked for fraud before they ship.

4. Products and AI-made content
Our marketing is made with the help of AI. Some photos, videos and ads are created or edited with AI to illustrate the product and are not real customer footage. The product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown, and the projection's size, brightness and detail depend on your room, lighting and distance from the ceiling.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. In short: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering; after that all sales are final, except for damaged, faulty or wrong items; delivery can take up to 40 days.

6. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with your order, email us at sklepyshopify84@gmail.com first and give us the chance to fix it. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will share your order details, tracking and delivery confirmation, and our emails with you with your bank or payment provider.

7. Liability
Apart from the rights the law gives you, products are provided as they are. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

8. Our content
Everything on this site (text, images, videos and logo) belongs to Pottersky. Do not copy it without our permission.

9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
